Terms of service
The rules for using this site and the free audit on it.
1. Who you are agreeing with
Immaculate AI Systems LLC, a Utah limited liability company based in Lehi, Utah ("we", "us", "our"), operates immaculateaisystems.com. It is a separate legal entity and is not a trade name of any other company.
By using this website or the audit on it, you agree to these terms. If you are using it for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree on that business's behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
How we handle information is covered separately in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. What this site is
It is a marketing site for our services, plus a free automated tool that checks how findable a business is online. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a promise of a particular result. Prices and scope are agreed in writing, for each engagement.
3. The audit
The audit reads publicly available information about the website and business you name, and reports what it finds. It is automated. It runs a fixed set of checks against pages anyone can already load.
You must own the website you enter, or be authorised to have it checked. By entering an address you confirm that, and you ask us to fetch those pages on your behalf.
We may limit how many audits can be run from one connection, refuse a request, or withdraw the tool entirely. Some checks depend on third-party services that can be slow or unavailable, in which case the report will say a check was not run rather than guess at it.
The audit is a starting point, not a verdict. It can be wrong. It can miss things. A site that scores well can still have serious problems, and a site that scores badly can be doing fine. Check anything you intend to act on.
4. It is not professional advice
Parts of the report deal with legal and compliance matters — whether a site has a privacy policy, what its cookie and tracking behaviour looks like, what it discloses. That is not legal advice, and we are not lawyers. Nothing on this site or in a report is legal, accounting, tax or regulatory advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship of that kind.
Take advice from someone qualified before acting on anything with legal or financial consequences.
5. The report is yours
If we run an audit for you, the findings are yours to keep and use, whether or not you hire us. Take the plan to another firm, do the work in-house, or do nothing at all. That is what the audit page says, and it is what we mean.
What stays ours is the tool that produced it, and the wording, structure and design of this site.
6. These terms do not govern paid work
They cover this website and the free audit only. Any service we are engaged to deliver — a website, a system build, ongoing work — is governed by the proposal, statement of work or agreement signed for it. Where that document and these terms disagree, that document wins.
In particular, the limits in section 10 are written for a free tool on a marketing site. Do not read them as the limits on a paid engagement.
7. Using the site properly
Please do not:
- enter a website you have no right to have checked, or use the audit to probe, scan or map somebody else's systems;
- attempt to break, overload, circumvent the rate limits on, or gain unauthorised access to any part of this site or the service behind it;
- scrape or resell the audit, or rebuild it as your own tool;
- submit anything false, unlawful, or belonging to someone else;
- send us credentials. Our forms never ask for a password, an API key or a bank detail, and you should never type one into them.
We may withdraw access to the site or the audit at any time, without notice, if we think it is being misused.
8. Examples of our work
Where we show work for other businesses, we say who they are. Our founder also owns Immaculate Contracting LLC, whose sites we built and show as examples; that common ownership is disclosed on the results page. Results shown for one business are not a prediction of what yours will do.
9. No warranties
The site and the audit are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a report will be complete or accurate, or that acting on one will produce any particular ranking, visibility, enquiry volume or revenue. Search engines, AI assistants, social platforms and directories are controlled by other companies and change without notice to us.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, arising out of your use of this site or the audit — even if we were told such damage was possible.
For everything arising out of this site and the free audit, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). The audit is free, and this limit reflects that.
Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you and our liability is limited to the least the law permits. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
If we face a claim because you entered a website you had no right to have checked, misused the site, or broke these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses in dealing with it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Utah County, Utah, and we each agree to those courts hearing it.
13. The rest
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours if the business is sold or reorganised. Together with the privacy policy, this is the whole agreement between us about this website and the free audit.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the new version.
